Okay, I was trying to post some video but I am having some difficulty. Anyway, Teag had an eye exam today and his eyes look good. No retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). His eyes are vascularized as they should be. AMEN!!! It's not official but from weighing him at home, with one of us holding him less our weight with out holding him, he is close to 11 lbs. He actually is starting to look chubby. I love it!

He is smiling more. The other morning Mattie was singing to him and he turned to her with the cutest smile.

Mattie is back in her tumbling class. Thank goodness. That girl needs a physical outlet. She loves it and is good at it. She'll put her head on the mat and kick herself into a headstand (against a mat on the wall). She loves to hang on the rings, could jump on the trampoline all day and does great forward rolls. Now they have them building arm strength by put their hands on the mat and "walking" their feet up the wall. She did it on her first try!

Mattie is quite a little swimmer. Here is a video of her diving into the deep end of our pool. She said that her Nonna (Bubba's mother) taught her. You'll hear Bubba asking her to use her float. I'm not sure if she hears him or, more likely she just wants to keep swimming. I wish we had some video of her under water. She actually swims down to the bottom of the pool, in about 4 feet of water, to retrieve pool toys. If she dives in she'll get them at 6 feet!

Well, I got the web blog bug. Thanks Kim for telling me about this site. I hope to be able to post pictures and videos to keep all who are curious informed on the happenings in our life.

Teag is doing incredible! He is over 7 lbs. and growing strong. The whole family went to the beach. Teag and I just strolled along while Mattie ran all over and Bubba tried to keep up.
